You are buying 1 River Birch single stem tree in a 1 qt. pot, 12-18" in height. River Birch as its name suggest grow naturally along river banks. But as landscape tree, it can be planted almost anywhere in the U.S. The species is valued for its relatively rapid growth, tolerance of wetness and sum drought, unique curling bark and spreading limbs. Can be planted in multiples for clump appearance. Grows 40-70' in height with 40-60' spread.
